Pricing questions

Is there a monthly fee?
No. VenueFuze is free to start — no monthly SaaS subscription, no setup fee. We bill a simple ~3% of what you raise, after the event.
Do my attendees pay a booking fee?
No. Attendees pay face value — a $40 ticket costs your guest $40. Our ~3% is billed to your organization, not stacked on the buyer.
How do we get paid?
You connect your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square, and money settles directly to you. VenueFuze never holds your funds.
What if our event is free?
A free event raises nothing, so it costs nothing. You can still collect donations, run a raffle, and check guests in — and free-ticket RSVPs work with no processor at all.
