Your first event is free. After that: no monthly fee, no setup fee, no per-ticket booking fee. Attendees pay face value, and VenueFuze bills a simple ~3% of what you raise, after the event — into your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square.

Pricing questions

What's the Founding Host offer?
Start before March 1, 2027 and your first 3 events run with the VenueFuze ~3% fee waived — we simply don't bill it. Attendees still pay face value, there's no monthly fee, and there's nothing to migrate: run VenueFuze alongside your current tool for an event or two and compare.
Is my first event free?
Yes. VenueFuze waives its platform fee on your first event — you can launch and run it with nothing owed to us. You still collect through your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square (their card-processing fees apply), and from your second event on it's a flat ~3% of what you raise, billed after the event — never added to your guests' tickets.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. VenueFuze is free to start — no monthly SaaS subscription, no setup fee. We bill a simple ~3% of what you raise, after the event.
Do my attendees pay a booking fee?
No. Attendees pay face value — a $40 ticket costs your guest $40. Our ~3% is billed to your organization, not stacked on the buyer.
How do we get paid?
You connect your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square, and money settles directly to you. VenueFuze never holds your funds.
What if our event is free?
A free event raises nothing, so it costs nothing. You can still collect donations, run a raffle, and check guests in — and free-ticket RSVPs work with no processor at all.
