Built for organizations, not just event nights

The operating model

Publish · Sell · Operate · Grow

Publish — A polished public home

Launch a branded page for your organization, events, classes, memberships, and fundraising — a credible primary web presence for a venue that doesn't have one.

Sell — One checkout for everything

Accept registrations, ticket purchases, memberships, donations, sponsorships, merchandise, and add-ons — in a single cart on a single receipt.

Operate — Run the day from one view

Offline-capable QR check-in, rosters, seating, auctions, volunteers, fulfillment, and POS — the event-day work in one place.

Grow — Understand and repeat

See attendance, repeat participation, revenue, membership activity, and where registrations came from — and reuse the data next time.

Why it's different

Keep your money, your processor, and your audience

Attendees pay face value

There's no VenueFuze booking fee added at checkout — a $40 ticket costs your guest $40. We bill our ~3% share to your organization, after the event.

Your own payment processor

You connect your own supported processor (Stripe, PayPal, or Square) and use it for everything you sell.

Funds settle to you directly

Money lands in your processor account, not a VenueFuze wallet — no payout hold, no waiting on a platform to pay you out.

Offline-first at the door

The QR scanner validates locally and reconciles when the connection returns, so unreliable venue Wi-Fi doesn't stop the check-in line.

Ongoing operations + event operations

Memberships, classes, and donations run alongside events on one dashboard — not a separate tool for the day-to-day and another for the gala.

A lightweight primary website

The public organization page is polished enough to serve as the main web presence for a small venue, academy, or nonprofit that has none.

Scope

What VenueFuze is not

VenueFuze is focused on in-person organization and event operations. It is not a virtual-conference studio, a travel-booking platform, an exhibitor lead-retrieval system, or a full donor CRM. If your center of gravity is streaming a virtual conference or managing long-term donor relationships in a dedicated CRM, a specialized tool for that will fit better — VenueFuze is strongest when a ticketed event, a members' program, a class series, or a fundraiser is what you actually run.

FAQ

Event management software — common questions

What is event management software?

Software that helps an organization publish an event, sell registrations or tickets, operate the event day-of (check-in, seating, rosters), and understand the results afterward. VenueFuze does all four, and adds memberships, classes, and fundraising that run year-round — not just around a single event.

Who is VenueFuze for?

Organizations that run more than events: nonprofits, schools and PTAs, studios and academies, museums and attractions, independent venues, community organizations, weddings, and recurring-program operators.

How does pricing work?

Free to start — no subscription and no upfront cost. VenueFuze bills a simple ~3% of what you sell, after the event. A free event costs nothing.

Do attendees pay additional booking fees?

No. Attendees pay the face value you set. VenueFuze bills its ~3% to your organization, and you can optionally choose to pass that fee to buyers.

Can VenueFuze replace a basic venue website?

For many small venues, yes — the Hosted Venue Page gives you a branded public page with your events, classes, memberships, hours, and contact info. It's a configurable, template-driven page, not an open-ended website builder.

Does check-in work with unreliable internet?

Yes. Check-in is offline-first: any phone becomes a scanner that validates locally and reconciles queued scans when the connection returns, with conflict detection.

Can VenueFuze manage memberships and classes?

Yes — memberships, season passes, and punch cards with auto-renew on your own Stripe, plus capacity-limited class and workshop registration with live rosters and check-in.

Can nonprofits collect donations and run auctions?

Yes — one-time and recurring donations, a built-in silent auction with settlement checkout, and raffles/50-50, all in the same cart as tickets. You own compliance for raffles/auctions in your area.

Which payment processors are supported?

Your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square — you connect the one you use, and funds settle directly to your account.

Can I import existing attendees or members?

You can import events, team members, venues, and guest lists via CSV today. A broader contacts/members importer with field mapping is on the roadmap — see the switching guidance when it ships.

Does VenueFuze support virtual conferences?

No — VenueFuze is focused on in-person organization and event operations. It isn't a virtual-conference studio or streaming platform.

Who owns organizer and attendee data?

Your organization does. You can export your data (orders, attendees, reports) as CSV, and payments settle to your own processor.
