Live · free to start · events & memberships

One QR. One cart. One event experience.

VenueFuze helps organizers simplify ticketing, memberships, QR check-ins, and event operations — without stitching together five different tools. No subscription and no upfront cost: your buyers pay face value, and we earn a small share of what you sell — billed only after.

Operational benefits

An operational layer for real-world events.

Focused on the workflows that actually run an event day — ticketing, check-in, checkout, and on-the-ground coordination.

Offline-first gate check-in

Any phone or tablet becomes a QR scanner — and keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi drops. Scans that happen offline reconcile automatically the moment connectivity returns. No lost check-ins.

Unified checkout

Tickets, add-ons, donations, and silent-auction wins clear through one cart and your preferred processor (PayPal, Stripe, or Square). One Stripe-style flow regardless of which provider you keep behind it.

Installable attendee Hub

Each attendee gets one mobile-first home for tickets, bids, updates, and sponsor info. Installs as a PWA with offline-ready ticket QR — no app store, no native install.

Guests cheering as a raffle winner is announced on screen at a fundraiser, with prize baskets on the table

Auctions, raffles & 50/50

Silent auctions (multi-quantity, buy-now, runner-up offers, settlement + pickup) plus raffles and 50/50 draws with a provably-fair random draw — every fundraiser sells through the same unified checkout.

How it works

Three steps. One operational view.

No marketing-automation suite, no donor CRM bolt-on. Just the operational spine that runs an event.

Create your event

Set up the event, ticket types, and venue. Stamp it with your brand and you're live.

How VenueFuze works.

One QR identity per attendee. One checkout for tickets, add-ons, donations, and event purchases. One operational view for the team running the day — orders, check-ins, attendee activity, and live event operations in one place.

Processor-agnostic by design. VenueFuze supports the three largest US payment providers by market share — PayPal, Stripe, and Square — so you keep your existing merchant relationship and we route every transaction through it. Future POS and operational integrations are planned where API access is available.

Pricing · Phase 1 selective onboarding

Free to start. We only earn when you sell.

No subscription. No monthly fees. No upfront cost to organizers. You bring your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square and get paid directly into your own account — no payout holds, no platform wallet sitting between you and your money.

Instead of stacking booking fees on your attendees, VenueFuze charges a simple percentage of what your event actually raises, invoiced after the event. Your guests pay face value, and you only pay when it works — so our success is tied to yours. That's why we onboard a limited number of organizations at a time and work closely with each to make sure it's the right fit.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is VenueFuze?
VenueFuze is an event operations platform that unifies ticketing, QR check-in, unified checkout (tickets, add-ons, and donations), and live operational visibility into one system — so the team running an event doesn't have to stitch together five separate tools.
What does VenueFuze cost?
There's no subscription, no monthly fee, and no upfront cost to organizers. You connect your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square account and get paid directly — there are no payout holds and no platform wallet between you and your money. VenueFuze charges a simple percentage (about 3%) of what your event raises, invoiced after the event — so your attendees pay face value with no booking fees stacked on their tickets, and you only pay us once the event has actually brought money in. If you raise nothing, you owe nothing.
Who is VenueFuze built for?
Nonprofits, PTAs, schools, community venues, and museums that run their own ticketed events and fundraisers. It's designed for organizations that need the operational spine of an event day — sell, check in, operate — without the complexity of an enterprise donor platform.
How does QR check-in work at the gate?
Every attendee gets one signed, event-scoped QR code. Any phone or tablet becomes a scanner — no dedicated hardware. Check-in is offline-first: scans keep working when the venue Wi-Fi drops and reconcile automatically once connectivity returns, so no check-ins are lost and no ticket can be redeemed twice.
Which payment processors does VenueFuze support?
VenueFuze is processor-agnostic. It routes payments through the three largest US processors — Stripe, PayPal, and Square — so you keep your existing merchant relationship. Tickets, add-ons, donations, and silent-auction wins all clear through one unified checkout.
Does VenueFuze include silent auction software?
Yes. The silent auction suite supports multi-quantity items, buy-now, runner-up offers, a settlement basket, and pickup tracking, all on real-time updates. Cash and check payments are recorded with a full audit history alongside card transactions.
Can I run a raffle or 50/50 draw?
Yes. Set up a prize raffle or a 50/50 pot split, offer entry bundles (e.g. 1 for $5, 5 for $20), and sell entries through the same checkout as tickets. When it's time, draw a winner with a provably-fair random selection — for 50/50 the winner's share of the pot is calculated automatically. It's the classic PTA and nonprofit fundraiser, built in.
Does VenueFuze do memberships or season passes?
Yes — sell annual memberships, season passes, or prepaid punch cards. Each purchase issues a member pass automatically (with an expiry for term-based passes, or a remaining-visit balance for punch cards). It's built for museums, studios, and community centers that want recurring revenue alongside one-off event ticketing.
Can I take class or workshop registrations?
Yes. Create a capacity-limited class or workshop (with an instructor and schedule), and people register through the same checkout as tickets. Every registration builds an instructor roster you can edit, mark attendance on, and manage — ideal for studios, museums, and rec-center programs.
Can I sell concessions or merch at the door?
Yes — there's a built-in point of sale. Set up your snacks, drinks, and merch as items (with optional stock tracking), then ring up cash sales on any phone or tablet — no card reader required. Sales are recorded and counted in your event revenue, and inventory decrements automatically.
Can I sell whole tables or group packages?
Yes. Create table and group packages — a gala table of 8, a VIP booth, a group-of-10 bundle — each with its own seat count, seating area, and number available. Buyers reserve a table through the same checkout as tickets, and every sale builds a reservation roster where you can name each table, track seats sold, and check tables in at the door. It's built for galas, banquets, and dinner shows.
Can sponsors buy a sponsorship online?
Yes. Set up sponsorship tiers — Gold, Silver, Founding Partner — with a price, benefits, and a limited number of slots, and a business can purchase one through the same checkout as tickets. On payment the sponsor is added to your sponsor directory and the event's public sponsor strip at the right tier automatically, with the contribution recorded for your reporting — you just upload their logo.
Can I recruit volunteers for my event?
Yes. Post volunteer shifts — setup crew, registration desk, cleanup — with a schedule, location, and how many helpers you need, and people sign up right on your event page. It's free, so there's no account and no payment: they drop their name and email, and you get a roster you can confirm and check in at the door. A volunteer who also buys a ticket sees their shifts in their attendee hub.
Can I collect post-event feedback?
Yes. Build a quick survey with rating (1–5), comment, and multiple-choice questions, and attendees fill it out from the event page or their hub — no login required. Responses roll up automatically: rating averages, choice breakdowns, and a list of comments, so you can see how the event landed and improve the next one.
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. The attendee Hub is an installable progressive web app (PWA) — attendees get a mobile-first home for their tickets, bids, updates, and sponsor info with an offline-ready ticket QR, with no app store download and no native install required.
Is VenueFuze a donor CRM or fundraising platform?
No. VenueFuze is deliberately scoped to event operations. It is not a donor CRM, a marketing-automation suite, or a campaign manager. It complements those tools by owning the operational layer of the event day rather than replacing your CRM.
