Set a ticket price and see exactly what your organization keeps after card processing and platform fees — and how letting attendees cover the fee changes the math.
| Ticket sales (100 × $50.00) | $5,000.00 |
| Attendees are charged | $5,000.00 |
| − Card processing (~2.9% + $0.30) | −$145.30 |
| − VenueFuze (~3%, billed after) | −$150.00 |
| Net to your account | $4,704.70 |
Toggle “pass the platform fee” to see how your attendees can cover it — so you keep face value.
Two things come out of a ticket sale: your card processor's cut (about 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction on Stripe, PayPal, or Square) and the ticketing platform's fee. VenueFuze charges a flat ~3% billed after the event, with no per-ticket booking fee added at checkout — so this calculator shows your true net.
Instead of absorbing the platform fee, you can add it on top of the ticket price at checkout so the attendee covers it. Then you keep the full face value of the ticket, minus only your card processor's cut. Toggle it in the calculator to compare.
No. By default attendees pay the face value you set — no surprise booking fee. VenueFuze bills a flat ~3% to your organization after the event, and you can optionally pass that to buyers.
