Questions weddings & events ask

Is it really free for a wedding?
Yes. Drawing the floor plan, managing the guest list, and seating everyone costs nothing — our fee only applies to money that actually moves through the platform, like paid add-ons or tickets.
Do wedding guests need to buy a ticket?
No. Guests are a managed invite list, not ticket buyers — you can seat and track everyone without anyone paying. If you do sell something (a welcome dinner, a shuttle), that's where the ~3% applies.
Can the seating chart and guest list stay in sync?
Yes — seat a guest from the list and they show up on the floor plan automatically, carrying their name and meal choice. Change or remove a seat and the chart updates.
Can we collect payments for add-ons?
Yes — connect your own Stripe, PayPal, or Square and sell paid add-ons (meal upgrades, +1 fees, after-party tickets) in the same system. Guests pay face value; we bill ~3% after.
